AND STRAIGHT ON TILL MORNING

Classless Fridays turned my three-day weekend into a four-day weekend. I went to the gym. A Photography Club outing took me to Walden Pond for the first time. We walked around the pond and through the woods taking pictures on the first sunny day in two weeks. I watched the Yankees sweep the Minnesota Twins in the ALDS and went to a place called Tasty Burger afterward. Whether it lived up to its name is questionable. It could be called Tasty Fries. Sunday was Oktoberfest in Harvard Square. I thought that being 21 would make the day less than eventful, but Harvard Square was awash with all sorts of people and food imaginable. I had some sushi, but made it to the Arrested Development-style frozen banana stand a little too late for a banana. The picture is of a boy at Walden Pond. Music: Billie Holiday
