augghh please help

i know i havent posted in forever but im trying to make a professional photography website and i already have a domain name and my dad thinks he knows how to make one with shitty free tools that suck. can anyone help me out with how to make one easily when you know limited html? i think im going to get dream weaver but are there any other ideas or tips for using dreamweaver?
